Biosynthesis of cell wall requires coordinated action of glycosyl hydrolases (GH), glycosyl transferases (GT), polysaccharide lyases (PL) and carbohydrate esterases (CE).The purpose of this database is to reveal transcriptional co-regulation, or co-expression, of the different CAZy families with other gene families found in Arabidopsis.

The gene families (included as AGI codes and family descriptions) found in this database are based on CAZy and Pfam.
